Getting Started at VAS

Simple steps to get the ball rolling with the Virtual Assistant Solutions

Whether you are seasoned or just starting your virtual assistant business, VAS has the tools and resources you need to ensure your business succeeds. VAS has many tools that help to make your life easier from project management to client growth. To get acquainted with the platform and set it up for you to succeed, follow the steps below.

My Account

Under the My Account section, you can update your personal and company information. Most areas will already be filled with the information provided during sign-up. There are four categories that a member can update:

 

Profile Card

The profile card is the first item on the My Account page. It shows your display name, member role, badges, number of followers, and the following number count. There are two items you can change on your profile card, your profile picture and the background of your profile card.

 

To share your profile on social media, select the ellipsis icon in the bottom right corner of the profile card. Select Share My Profile from the drop-down menu. When the popup box appears, select the social media icon of the platform to share your profile.

 

Display Info

Update your display name. This will be visible to all members of the site. Remember to follow professional guidelines.

 

Account Info

Most of the information under this category will already be filled from when you signed up. Feel free to update any information except your login email, which can be changed after signing up. Adding your company name and phone number is advisable to give your profile a more professional look.

 

Account Settings

Under the My Account tab, scroll to the bottom of the screen to access your settings. Here you will find your community profile link. This link will direct other members to your profile. You can change the ending of this personalized link using up to 255 letters or numbers.

 

Recommended Settings:

  • Upload your logo. This will ensure your brand is front and center.

  • Personalize your profile link. Use your first name and last name initial for your link.

Subscription

The Subscription page shows which subscription plan you have purchased, the cost of it, and when the membership will be canceled if not renewed. There are two ways to purchase a subscription plan: monthly or annually.

 

If you break any guidelines or your subscription has not been paid, in the right-hand corner you will see the inactive label. In order to make your subscription active again, you must make a payment or submit a ticket for more help.

 

My Wallet

To view or add a new debit or credit card to your account, select the My Wallet page. 

Orders

View the Orders page, to check the status of your current orders. 


My Addresses

To add a new shipping address, select My Addresses from the submenu options under the Orders button. 


NOTE: New address are automatically checked as default address unless unchecked at the bottom of the address pop up page.
